Summary of Position:
Milton Academy is in search of a Head Coach for Junior Varsity Volleyball coach for the 2024 fall season. The volleyball program competes in the Independent School League (ISL) and is a member of the New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC). The volleyball program has a tradition of excellence and has competed at the highest of levels. The head coach will collaborate with the head varsity coach on all aspects of the volleyball program.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement practice plans for team in collaboration with assistant coach.
- Collaborate with the assistant coach regarding best practices, planning, and in strategy.
- Follow all safety practices and Academy policies as outlined in the school’s Student Handbook and Coaches Handbook, including the policy against hazing and bullying.
- Other duties as assigned.
