Summary of Position: 

The Assistant Director of Admission must have a deep understanding of and appreciation for the unique mission and characteristics of a New England independent boarding/day school, specifically Milton Academy, with its vibrant multicultural community.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of recruiting and admissions selection responsibilities, including:

    1. Reviewing and evaluating admissions applications.
    2. Interviewing prospective students.
    3. Interviewing prospective parents.
    4. Serve on an admissions selection committee.
  1. Travel extensively to recruit students.
  2. Generally, participate in the life of Milton Academy.
  3. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
