Milton Academy is an independent college preparatory K–12 school, boarding and day in grades 9–12, located just outside of Boston.

The Athletic Center Attendant and Groundskeeper provides labor to clean and maintain the Athletic and Convocation Center, provides labor to set up and dismantle materials and equipment for various scheduled and special events throughout the year, maintains the ice rink, basketball courts, and the indoor track and fitness center. This individual works on campus grounds when school is not in session and interacts with faculty, students, staff, coaches and vendors.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, or equivalent, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and holds or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate. A general knowledge of equipment and building maintenance is required and at least one year of ice rink experience.
The candidate should be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds frequently, and sometimes more than 100 pounds. Must also be able to drive a Zamboni and work in extreme weather conditions.
